As a commercial pilot for both airplanes and helicopters, I use my flying skills as another tool for my photography, and I combine both skills to make my aerial photography services more cost effective for customers. Besides myself, you’ll also have the opportunity to speak with other extremely experienced pilots whom I’ve worked with for years.

We photograph commercial properties for land development, shopping center complexes, industrial parks, condos, apartment complexes, schools, city and town portfolios of commercial and residential properties, mariners, amusement parks, and golf courses, as well as speculative properties for a better view of the future. All photos are ready to be reviewed online with a private password given to you for you and your colleagues to view either later the same day or by early the next day. We also provide you with a disk containing high-resolution photographs that can be used for commercial purposes such as publications, magazines, PowerPoint presentations, conferences and promotional advertisements. You can use our lab for enlargements of any size or your preferred lab. Mounting of large photographs and rush orders are are optional services.We also provide optional ground photography to compliment any project.

Sometimes it’s difficult to show small properties from a aerial view, and it's often not cost effective for the agent. The rule of thumb is the larger the house, estate or acreage of the property, the better the photograph shows. We provide a plan that allows several agents to pool their smaller properties in a certain area together to an overall up-to-date aerial view of the homes and properties listed covering a large area

This allows you to provide your clients with real-time aerial images of where properties are located in relationship to surrounding community features such as schools, parks, churches, downtown districts, shopping areas, major interstates, highways and roadways, restaurants, mariners, rivers, lakes, beaches, etc. Aerial photographs are taken at all cardinal headings with a 360-degree view of your project area.

On average, 36 to 56 or more photos of sites are taken. We also provide you with a disk containing high-resolution digital photographs that are commercial quality for any format or enlargement you might consider. We can mail, FedEx (for rush jobs) or drop it off, or you can pick it up from our studio. If you decide to enlarge photographs, you can use our lab or one that you prefer. Photographs are ready to review online either the same day or early the next day by using a private password that only you and your colleagues can access with your clients.
