Aerial Perspective continues to offer high-quality service in Construction Progression photography services. Discounts are given based on number of sites to be photographed in one day and their proximity to one another.

It's always an advantage to the customer if we can shoot all sites in one day. After the initial photography of the site(s), additional re-shooting of that site is discounted until completion of the project. We will normally shoot a site from approximately six to twelve months.

Photographs are available of your project online usually the later the same day or by the next day at the latest. Our customers are given a password to view their photography privately. At the same time, a high-resolution disk containing all of your photographs is mailed out to you. We offer clients the option of placing a rush on the disk for next-day delivery. If the photos are needed immediately, we also allow you to pick up the camera flash card when we land at the airport. Please note that this request should be stated in advance so only your photos are on the flash card. Once you are done loading the photos from the flash card onto your computer, you can send it back to us and we’ll reuse it again and drop it off again after each flight. There is a one-time charge for the flash card.

We will arrange a date to photograph your project and call prior to the flight in the event of a weather delay. This also gives you extra time if you want to clean up the site or decide on extra details in the photographs. All sites are photographed oblique, from 360 degrees at all cardinal headings. We usually begin with a large area and move in closer to the site, with final close ups and any other photographs you might want photographed at different angles at no extra charge. We provide at least 36 to 56 high-resolution digital photographs. If you need photographs enlarged for a presentation, our lab can enlarge per size requested, mount them and FedEx them within a day or two. This next-day service incurs an additional charge. All we need is an e-mail or a phone call for a particular photo located in your file, and we can take care of the rest. Advance notice is helpful if you are thinking of using this service.

Please call us for quotes and discounts on site projects, enlargements and rushed services. We are happy to discuss any concerns or special requests. Extra or special requests for photographs while the airplane is on-site are normally not charged, except if the aircraft is requested to remain airborne on-site while waiting for a job to be completed. An extra fee, charged in ½ hour increments, will be charged based on the hourly cost of the aircraft. (i.e. crane setting new material to project, air conditioning units being being lifted into place, etc.). Normally, a loiter time, along with the most cost effective way of completing the project, should be discussed prior to beginning the project.
